Today from 12PM – 1PM, we will have our Brown Bag Lunch Series, featuring a presentation by Ed.D Faculty, Dr. Carlos Nevarez. The Brown Bag Series are held on a monthly basis during the lunch hour. Faculty will have the opportunity to present their research to colleagues, students, and the campus community.

A Multiplicity Leadership Approach in Advancing Institutional Change
Dr. Nevarez will introduce his Institutional Change Model for helping leaders become agents of change. The model lays out the foundational, conceptual, interpersonal and practical steps needed to develop transformational leaders with the skills and abilities they need to facilitate institutional change. This well-articulated model enables leaders to be critically introspective and use practical theory to be better decision-makers and problem solvers as they advance institutional change.
