Dr. Caroline S. Turner is a 2015 Faculty Initiate of Phi Kappa Phi

Dr. Caroline S. Turner is a 2015 Faculty Initiate into California State University, Sacramento’s chapter of Phi Kappa Phi, which is the nation’s oldest, largest, and most selective collegiate honor society for all academic disciplines.

This honor society is not only for outstanding students, but also for faculty, professional staff, and alumni who have achieved professional distinction. Phi Kappa Phi, along with Phi Beta Kappa, is a charter member of the Association of College Honor Societies. Today, Phi Kappa Phi has more than 1,000,000 members in all parts of the world. Over 1,200 faculty and staff volunteer their time to serve as officers for local chapters.

The primary objectives of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi are to promote the pursuit of excellence in all fields of higher education and to recognize outstanding achievement by students, faculty and others through election to membership and through various awards for distinguished achievement. We are very proud to announce that Dr. Caroline turner, Core Faculty for Doctorate in Educational Leadership,is a 2015 Faculty Initiate for Phi Kappa Phi.
